The Oulu Night of the Arts will turn the whole city into one big cultural arena!

For one evening and one night, Oulu Region's cultural makers will offer free and open art and entertainment to all, for the able and the unable, on a block-by-block basis. Combined audience numbers can reach up to 30 000.
